ABOUT US
Big Dave's Family Seafood has been a staple in Rutherford County since it opened in 2008. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, Brannan and Julie have maintained this quality as the new owners for the past two years.

Brannan and Julie are both from Forest City and grew up enjoying meals at Big Dave's. Julie began her first job as a hostess there in 2013. Two years later, she met Brannan through mutual friends while having dinner at the restaurant one night. After getting married in 2017, they were both on different career paths that did not include the restaurant business until Brannan was offered the General Manager position in 2019. In February of 2023, Brannan and Julie officially became the new owners of Big Dave's Family Seafood.

I had the fried catfish basket and I have paid more for this same quality at the beach. The fish was buttery, crispy, and perfectly cooked and the sides were delicious. Service was great and got seated immediately. Will be coming back."
